Technical Specialist/Telecom

Job Description:

Provide technical support for mainly local clients but also oversea customers, involve the integration test, on-site support, technical presentations and training to the customers. Involve in coordination with different department for accurate technical consultancy and project timeline estimation. Design/implementation of systems across multiple platforms and integration of technologies into required customer/vendor platform standards, propose solution strategy, implement solution plan, and consulting to customers at all level to understand the defined business requirement.


* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
* Fresh Graduate or 1 - 2 years of work experience in a support function is an advantage but also graduates especially with practical training in comparable tasks are welcome
* Excellent communication & coordination skills, analytical, attentive, aggressive, team-oriented spirit, highly motivated, business and result orientation and professional appearance
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Fluency in English is mandatory
* Professional, mature with a responsible work attitude
* Self-motivated, quick learner who enjoy working alone as well as in team in a changing environment
* Knowledge in Smart Cards and software programming would be a plus
* Knowledge in GSM standard would be a plus
You must be flexible both with regard to duties as well as working hours and expect to be based in our Asia Pacific regional head quarter in Bangkok during the first month of working for extensive training.
