Account Manager for Power Generation


* Obtain orders and sales by driving and implementing an actionable sales strategy, while leading a multi-functional team (commercial, technical, legal and financial) to secure profitable business
* Develop a go-to market strategy aimed at increasing market share for the Power Generation product lines (primarily gas and stem turbine) for Thailand
* Lead account team to identify opportunities to drive volume growth in all segments of Energy
* Work with customers to determine their Q&A and appropriate product/service solutions
* Cultivate long –term relationships at all levels of customer, developer and EPC organizations and within Company
* Participate as member of Local Customer Teams driving customer centricity through ACFC, BST and other Company initiatives


* Qualifications/Requirements:

o Previous field sales experience
o BS Engineering or related technical discipline
o Fluent in English and other applicable languages
o Knowledge of power generation technologies and contemporary understanding of the energy market
o Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization
o Strong communication skills & ability to effectively lead a multi-functional team
o High proficiency in using applicable software and sales empowerment tools

* Six Sigma Experience
* Having min 5 years previous field sales and/or marketing experience
