Deliver and Implement Solutions

* Develops project plans and financial models for business solutions projects, e.g., campaign management, enterprise performance management, and credit scoring which may require AP wide resources or partners.
* Ensures software solutions are delivered to customer expectations and requirements by developing project plans, assigning resources, monitoring progress and taking corrective action where necessary.
* Provides project leadership and supports client development and issues.
* Ensure latest software and technology offering is implemented.
* Active consulting involvement in project qualification and definition phases.

Manage Project Resources

* Reports on time utilization, expenses and forward commitments.
* Reports on project expenses, progress, and profitability.
* Reviews all project member reports.

Team Leadership

* Selects, develops, and motivates groups of people on projects.
* Asks for and provides feedback on own performance and that of subordinates. Manages each project team member tasks and responsibilities.

Knowledge Sharing

* Implements and monitors internal communication plan to ensure best practice is in place.
* Promotes knowledge sharing and best practice development in project team.
* Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with clients and partners regarding solutions, project expectations, progress and issues.
* Develops and maintains strong relationships with all internal functions working together during pre-and post-sales cycle.
* Maintains awareness of client and partner’s strategy/direction.

Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills

* Tertiary degree in IT or equivalent technical studies/work experience
* At least 8 to 10 years of experience in the IT environment preferably with knowledge within the industries of Finance, TELCO, and/or Public works
* 5+ years of project management skills at a managerial level
* Possess leadership ability to improve team effectiveness and management of processes
* Ability to plan, direct and deliver projects to accomplish business goals by assuring quality, manage risks and provide value
* Experience in undertaking multiple projects with knowledge of using more than 1 project management methodology. Certification in an accepted accreditation of Project Management (i.e. PMP, CITPM, etc…)
* Possess strong communication in areas of facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work within a team to promote cooperation and open knowledge sharing approach to provide integrated solutions to clients
* Business and industry knowledge to underpin project management
